1. When I make a reservationrequest, is this then definitively?
   No, you get first a quotation, if you agree with the mentioned price, we will book the accomodation for you.
   
   
2. Are there charged reservation costs?
   Where other travel offices charge you Euro 25, - for reservation- and administrative costs, we only charge you Euro 10, -.
   
   
3. Not all prices mentioned on your website, corresponds with the prices who are mentioned at the Internet site of the accommodation, what is the cause of this?
   Because the prices, in some cases are, supplied to us, are still of last year, however, we are daily busy to adapt the prices.
   
   
4. Which charges can I expect more, at the quotation?
   You can possibly expect the following surcharges, depending on the accommodation: surcharge for pets, cleaning costs, tourist tax ( in many cases to be payed at the destination )
   
   
5. What is a hotel Garni?
   This is a hotel with only breakfast.
