Conditions

1. Fill in the reservation request completely.


2. Indicated prices are, exclusively possible cleaning costs, surcharge for pets, tourist tax and children discounts.


3. After receipt of your reservation request we make a price-check and inform you if the accommodation is available. We make the reservation definitive if you agree, after we have informed you telephonically or by mail about the price.


4. If the desired accommodation and the alternative accommodations are fully booked up, we give you the possibility, that we offer you with no obligation an attractive alternative for consideration.


5. After the definite booking, your reservation is binding, by mutations and cancellation, after sending the reservation form, the extra costs will be charged .


6. Within 48 hours you will receive your booking confirmation.


7. If you book earlier as 6 weeks before departure, we ask you an advanced payment, this payment is 20% of the total amount.


8. The total amount must be payed, 6 weeks before departure.
